Inner Layer Manufacturing
Unimicron’s inner layer manufacturing is one of the most modern throughout Europe. Due to the installation of latest generation processes, machines and robots, we created perfect conditions for the production of high-tech PCBs here.
The manufacturing is characterized by its high degree of automation and digitalization. This already begins with the computer controlled stores and draws through the entire process and material flow. The traceability for each PCB via its barcode, robot-controlled handling devices and machinery as well as autonomous pallet truck transporters are factors, which additionally ensure top level quality. The category 10.000 clean rooms (inside optical device unit 1.000), similar to those for chip manufacturing and digital PCB exposure, contribute extra to this.
